Social distancing is unnatural to do, difficult to remember, & above all, hard on everyone involved. Take some time today to encourage yourself & those around you in the midst of these crazy times.
07
Pour into yourself–not just everyone else
Maintain healthy daily habits like Bible reading, showering, etc. Healthy habits can provide comfort and stability in uncertain times. Need some new healthy habits? Some of my favorites are: reading a chapter of the Bible; a pre-bedtime beauty regime; and kisses to start and end the day 😍
06
Love covers a multitude of sins
Love on the ones you are with! Creating/supporting a loving compound culture can help every member of your crew feel less agitated, isolated, withdrawn, and blue.
05
Bubble away your stress
Take a relaxing bath to unplug and quiet your busy mind. Busy minds can worry problems way out of proportion. Don’t let your mind be sin’s playground.
04
Take your game to a new level
Make a SMART goal and pursue it faithfully—even on your bluest days. Being purposeful and productive in the midst of this craziness can help you feel more empowered and less locked down.

03
Dwell on good things
Read enriching/thought-provoking materials from your never ending queue. “Finally brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable–if there is any moral excellence and if there is any praise–dwell on these things.” (Philippians 4:8)
02
Phone a friend
Phone or FaceTime a friend/family member and tell him/her how much that you have missed his/her company. He/she has probably missed you too 🙂
01
Pray!
Pray honestly to God at least twice a day and share your prayer list with those closest to you. Prayer changes things—namely us hahaha
